Taking these Prenatal Classes, You Will:
Work with pain and fear (decouple pain from suffering)
Steady your attention through intense moments and decisions
Use brief practices to reset in pregnancy, labor, and daily life
Strengthen partner communication and co-regulation
Begin parenting with patterns of presence, not reactivity
What is Included:
9 weekly, 3 hour in-person classes
One all-day retreat: deepen skills for labor and early parenting
One reunion class after birth
Private classroom: resources, reflections, and community between sessions
Trained Mindfulness Teacher: evidence-aligned, trauma-sensitive instruction
