Taking these parenting classes, you will:

  • Use brief mindfulness resets for stress, anxiety, and overload

  • Stay steadier through crying, sleep disruptions, and daily challenges

  • Strengthen bonding and co-regulation with your baby

  • Practice self-care to reduce burnout and increase capacity

  • Respond more compassionately to your emotions and your baby’s needs

  • Connect with a community of parents navigating similar waters

What is Included:

  • 6 weekly, 1.5-2 hour live online classes

  • Private classroom: resources, reflections, and community between sessions

  • Trained Mindfulness Teacher: evidence-aligned, trauma-sensitive instruction
